SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
For the benefit of our customers, we aim to provide them great value and customer service. It’s our constant endeavor to provide the Free Shipping option on as many products as possible from our warehouses in Asia, Europe and America by ePacket, EMS and USPS. However, due to the high cost of logistics, we’re not able to provide free shipping on all our products, though we do offer low cost and affordable shipping options. Please choose your preferred shipping option during the checkout process.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some remote locations we are unable to ship the products. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you and advise you about next steps.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking number is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
